Rebecca Nolte

Lead + CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Rebecca designs brand identity systems that don’t just last—they lead. She formulated her fundamental design knowledge and theory at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD)—where her drive, vision, and voice took way. That chapter defined her lens—cultivating a way of seeing: clarity in chaos, purpose in ambiguity, simplicity in complexity.

For more than a decade, Rebecca has worked where global vision meets creative rigor—partnering with brands like Nike, Adobe, Deloitte, and IDEO to translate ideas into visual systems that lead with clarity and stand the test of time. From architecting a brand’s DNA to shaping experiences across every touchpoint, her approach remains rooted in clarity, strategy, and human connection.

Her process is grounded in fine-arts foundations and a discerning eye for the natural world. This is enriched by the tactile act of making—adding depth and distinction beyond the digital realm. By breaking beyond the screen, Rebecca gives her work a strategic edge and a distinctive creative voice and vision.
